On December 8, 2025, we will take you on a culinary journey through France in the atmospheric ambience of the Weinkosterei. Look forward to a finely tuned 3-course menu that combines classic French cuisine with elegant sophistication. From tender beef tartare to aromatic onion soup and legendary orange duck.

New Year's Eve Gala | Wednesday, 31.12.2025

from 5.30 PM in the Granarium at Schlaining Castle

Celebrate the turn of the year in style and with pleasure!

Experience the turn of the year 2025/26 with a festive gala evening in the unique ambience of Schlaining Castle. From 5.30 pm we invite you to a culinary firework display - accompanied by a high-quality drinks package (wine, beer, sparkling wine, non-alcoholic drinks) until 01:00 am and a cozy atmosphere without curfew.

Enjoy a perfectly coordinated New Year's Eve with:

What events take place at Burghotel Schlaining ?

Throughout the year, we organize a variety of special events - from themed culinary evenings, wine tastings and brunches to concerts, readings and cultural highlights in the castle.
Each event combines history, enjoyment and atmosphere in a unique way.

Where can I find current dates and information about the events?

All current dates, topics and details can be found directly here on our event page and our social media channels.
We update these regularly - so it's worth checking back often or subscribing to our newsletter.

How much do the events cost?

The participation fees or menu prices vary depending on the event.
The respective price is indicated directly at the event.

Where do the events take place?

Depending on the occasion, the events take place in the Crane, in the Granarium, in the wine tasting room or in the castle hotel
In summer, many events are held outdoors.

Is there accommodation available after the event?

Yes - of course.
Our 64 hotel rooms are at your disposal after the event so that you can relax and enjoy the evening. Highly recommended are our concert package and event package. 

Are the events open to the public or only for hotel guests?

Most of our events are open to the public - guests who are not staying at the hotel are also very welcome. However, some events (e.g. exclusive dinners or private wine evenings) are restricted to a limited number of participants. 

Can an event be canceled or postponed?

If one of our events is postponed or canceled for organizational reasons, we will inform you personally immediately. We will be happy to offer you culinary alternatives for that day or another date.
