Every stay is rewarded
- In the Bonus Club, you collect points for every room purchase during your stay (except for voucher purchases). The purchase must be booked to your room. Cash purchases in our outlets cannot be taken into account.
- From Bronze level onwards, you will receive 1% of the total amount as credit for a future stay. The conversion factor is 1:1 (€10 spent = 10 points).
- How is the bonus level calculated?
The bonus level is calculated based on your sales over the last 5 years. Depending on your level, you can enjoy different benefits. - Can points lose their validity?
The bonus points you have collected do not expire. The exception to this is the birthday bonus, which is valid for 364 days. - Recommend us to others:
You can invite friends or acquaintances via the guest club portal under "Recommendation." If they book a stay at Burghotel Schlaining for the first time , you will receive 200 bonus points . Your recommended guests will receive a one-time 200 bonus points as a starting balance. - Redeeming bonus points:
As a member of our bonus club, you can expect special offers, early information about specials, and the opportunity to redeem your bonus points for selected additional services.
