The following tasks await you:
- As part of the team, you are jointly responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly at reception.
- Your main tasks will include check-in and check-out, operating the telephone system, processing inquiries, and making reservations.
- In this position, you are the first point of contact for our guests.
- Working at our hotel bar will make your workday more varied.
What you should bring with you:
- Successfully completed training as a receptionist or successfully graduated from a tourism school, or at least 2 years of experience in a comparable position
- Have you already gained professional experience, preferably in a similar position, and are now ready for something new?
- You have excellent German language skills, good English language skills, and excellent computer skills (Protel skills are an advantage).
- In addition, you have a high level of service orientation, independence, and communication and teamwork skills!
- Do you have a confident, self-assured manner and are you punctual and self-reliant? Then we look forward to hearing from you!
